​The project will be started after the first deposit (20% from overall) is paid. After the draft confirmation, The second deposit (30% from overall) will be charged. (overall deposits is half of the full price)

During Draft designing process, Client can adjust brief 3 times. After Draft verification , the adjustment can be done only in the Scope of selected draft only. Adjustment request apart from draft will be charged 300 per time.

If the adjustment is over 80% of the overall project, it will be considered as a new project. We will not refund deposit of the previous project.

We will provide an update of your project frequently and sent a sample of complete project for final verification on the last step. Complete file will be transfer after remaining has been paid.

After Draft verification, in case our studio cannot complete the project on notified dateline. We will return deposit by deducting from the total cost happened.

In case the project cancel by client consideration. Our studio will not refund deposit in any circumstances.

In case of client doesn't reply after project updating or file submissions, without exact date or times informed in advance. You queue will be move to the last on the list after 1 weeks and would be considered as canceled by client after 3 weeks, without any refund.
